Who we are

PGZ AI Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in India, is the Data Fiduciary for the data described below.

What this covers

pigravityzero.com and haios.pigravityzero.com — the two pages that introduce Pi Gravity Zero and HAIOS.

It does not cover the HAIOS product itself, which will have its own policy, or pgzai.solutions, which has its own. The same entity is behind all three.

What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form, and only if you submit it.

That is the whole list. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, session recording or fingerprinting, and we do not build a profile of you. Nothing is stored on your device by us.

What we do with it

Your address is sent to our inbox by email so we can tell you when HAIOS opens. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list — it arrives as a message a person reads.

The email is delivered by Resend (servers in Tokyo, Japan), who process it to send it and for nothing else.

Our lawful basis under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is your consent, given by submitting the form.

How long we keep it

Until HAIOS launches and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Your rights

Write to the address below to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Because there is only ever one field, erasure here means deleting the message containing your address.

We acknowledge within 48 hours and act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

Governing law

Indian law. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
